A-) A Qualified technician will visit your property twice a year, and inspect the complete operational functionality of your AC.

B-) The AC units will be service to make sure it functions properly.

C-) Deteriorated Parts exchanged at NO ADDITIONAL COST if the client is covered under Manufacturer Warranty.

D-) Coils cleaned at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

OUR WARRANTY: IF THE AC BREAKS FOR ANY REASON, EXCEPT FOR ACTS OF VANDALISM, ABUSE, MISUSE OR INTENTIONAL OR NEGLIGENT ACTS AND OMISSION PERFORMED BY THE CUSTOMER OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY WEATHER OR MALFUNCTIONING ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS OR POWER SPIKES OR SURGE WE WILL SERVICE THE SAME WITHOUT ANY LABOR COST TO THE CLIENT. SEER AIR CONDITIONING CORP WILL HONORING ANY WARRANTY OR REPAIR OR SERVICE RETAINING SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION REGARDING THE MANNER OF HONORING SUCH WARRANTY, REPAIR OR SERVICE BY CHOOSING THE METHOD OF REPLACEMENT, REPAIR OR SERVICES AND ALL RELATED ISSUES AND SURROUNDING THE MANNER IN WHICH WILL BE FULFILLED.

The routine inspection will follow factory recommended procedures and will included the following check list as applicable to your air conditioning system:

1. Test for refrigerant leaks.

2. Clean condensate pan.

3. Clean and treat drain lines.

4. Check heat transfer, condenser and evaporator.

5. Check calibration and thermostat operation.

6. Check and tighten electrical connections.

7. Check refrigeration pressures and temperatures and refill as needed. *1

8. Inspect safety controls.

9. Inspect and clean water pump as needed.

10. Clean existing filter. *2

11. Check evaporator coils and clean if needed. *3

12. Inspect air cooling leaking for the plenum and sealed properly (inside the closet). *4

*1Due to the R22 Phase Out, we will charge a per pound rate every time this equipment needs a refill depending on the R-22 price in the market. For the R-410A the refill will be free of charge for up to two pounds.

*2 We also clean the non-disposable existing filters only, if your AC has a disposable filter the measures have to be provided for customer to us before we will leave our facilities in order to carrier with us, if not will be a customer responsibility to provided. Also customer can buy through us a filter exchange plans where we can send to them a 12 disposable filters for the whole year at affordable price.

*3We reserve the right to choose if coil need to be clean and the method we will use. Condominiums or properties where are not allow to clean coil within the perimeter of the property, and we have to go outside with the part to do the service and cleaning will be charge a reasonable travel fee to compensate time and resources consuming.

*4Seer will seal any leak for the plenum of the air handlers but inside the closet, if for any reason we will need to go inside the attic we will charge additional fees in every particular case.
